Spiritual Approach

She is the phoenix who is alone; for this Soul is alone in Love, who alone is satisfied in her. — Marguerite Porete

My path is rooted in a deep love for the Christian mystical tradition. I was raised Catholic, and the symbols, sacraments, and sacred stories of that tradition live in my bones. I hold a deep reverence for the Trinity — God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit — and an abiding connection to Mary, the Divine Feminine presence I’ve turned to in both grief and grace.

I also honor the sacred wisdom found in other religious traditions and lineages — the ways Spirit reveals itself through nature, ancestors, archetypes, and energy. I believe the Divine is not bound by one form or name. Spirit speaks through many voices and meets us in the places that matter most to our souls.

My studies have also taken me into the sacred texts and teachings of other traditions — including the Old Testament and Jewish spirituality, the wisdom of Buddhism, and the divine feminine of Goddess spirituality. These lineages have offered me language for silence, stillness, suffering, liberation, and empowerment. They’ve deepened my appreciation for the many ways humans reach for the Divine.

While my own path is rooted in the Christian contemplative, mystic tradition, I honor the truth that Spirit meets each of us uniquely where we are at. My hope is to create a space where your experience — your questions, longings, doubts, and hopes — are welcome and forged into a thriving life.

In my work, you’ll find both structure and spaciousness:

A grounding in contemplative Christian spirituality (especially the Ignatian tradition),

And an openness to what is sacred and alive for you — whether that’s through prayer, presence, energy, intuition, or silence.

I don’t ask anyone to believe what I believe.

I only ask that you show up as you are — curious, willing, and open to discovering how the Divine is already moving through your life.

This is sacred work — not because it demands perfection, but because it invites you to be fully human and fully loved.
